Information We Collect
Local Data: All accounting data, transactions, crop entries, farmer details, and
pdf reports are created and stored locally on your device using a local SQLite
database.
Automatically Collected: App interactions, crash reports, and performance logs if
you opt-in to system analytics provided by Google.
How We Use Your Info
Our app focuses on data privacy by storing accounting records ONLY on your device. We use this data strictly for:
- Allowing you to manage your ledgers and accounting within the app.
- Generating PDF reports and invoices summarizing your activity locally.
Local Storage & PDF Generation
Important: Farmer Accounting does NOT transmit, store, or back up your financial data to any external cloud servers by itself.
- We request local storage permissions to be able to save generated accounting PDF reports directly onto your phone's memory.
- You are solely responsible for keeping a backup of the PDF exports or device data in case of device replacement or uninstallation.
Microphone Access
We use the device's microphone for voice-to-text input to help you fill fields more efficiently. Audio data is processed on-device and is NOT stored, recorded, or transmitted to any external servers.
Data Security
All data is stored inside the app’s secure private sandbox directory by the OS. We do not collect or sell any personal or financial data. Please make sure your device is secure (e.g., using a screen lock).
Data Sharing
We do not collect, sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not have servers to access your data.
Children's Privacy
Farmer Accounting is intended for agricultural professionals and farmers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
